Raspberry Island Lodge offers hunting transport and lodging for guests seeking a comfortable, well-equipped basecamp in the Kodiak Archipelago. We are transporters, not hunting guides, and it’s important to make that distinction clear. Alaska state law requires that all guided hunts be conducted by licensed guides, while transporters provide logistics, lodging, and access to hunting areas allowing hunters to design and manage their own hunts.
Our goal is to give you the support, comfort, and flexibility you need to make the most of your trip. From reliable transportation to our island to warm, comfortable lodging, we make it easy to plan your Kodiak or Raspberry Island adventure.
Every hunting package includes:
Guests can:
From there, you can choose how much support you’d like. Transportation to the lodge and accommodations are $299 per person, which includes access to the kitchen for self-catering. For guests who prefer a fully supported stay, a catered option is available at $499 per person, which includes bringing a cook to the lodge to prepare meals. Boat charters are available on a per-day basis regardless of which option you choose.
To create a truly customized experience, hunters can choose from the following additions:
Use our kitchen and supplies to prepare your own meals. Ideal for hunters who prefer independence or a more budget-friendly stay.
Choose to have our cook prepare dinner and breakfast, along with a packed lunch for the day. This option allows guests to focus entirely on fishing or hunting while enjoying fresh, prepared meals each day.
Add on daily transport to and from hunting areas. Our captains will safely deliver your group to designated drop-off and pickup locations, allowing you to reach prime hunting zones across the surrounding islands. This service is priced per boat, per day, for up to six hunters.
We designed our hunting transport services to be modular and adaptable. Hunters can build the exact experience they want whether that means keeping it simple with lodging and basic transport, or choosing a fully supported stay with daily boat transport and a private chef.
This flexibility gives every group the ability to tailor their trip to their budget, preferred hunting areas, and personal style of adventure.
